Rich, here is a ledger of all my invoices for both Mr. Epstein and . Because some months I provide minimal services, and because there have been lengthy delays in getting individual invoices paid, I do not bill every month for both of the accounts. Instead, I wait until there is a substantial amount owed and submit a bill at that point. As of your payment on September 24, the balance for each account was zero. I submitted invoices on November 2 for $25,876.07 for Mr. Epstein and $2505 for IMM. These invoices were not paid. I resubmitted them on December 1, along with new invoices for $2621.85 for Mr. Epstein and $300 for . I don't know why you never got the December 1 invoice for Mr. Epstein. It was part of the same pdf file that was emailed to Darren Indyke on December 1 at 1:38 pm. I am forwarding that email to you, along with the attached invoices, under separate cover. On January 20, 2010, after numerous requests to Darren, and only after I went to Mr. Epstein personally, I finally received a partial payment of $20,000, which I applied to Mr. Epstein's balance. That left a balance of $8497.92 for Mr. Epstein and $2805 for . The current invoices cover the period from December 1 to March 1. I hope this clarifies any confusion and can lead to a prompt and full payment.

I have not heard back from you, Darren, or anyone else in the JE organization about my outstanding invoices. Attached are invoices through March 30, as well as a client ledger showing every invoice and payment for Mr. Epstein and . I am also sending another copy of my invoices for October November, and December through February. The current amounts owed are $10,886.88 for and $11,347.92 for Mr. Epstein.
I don't know why it is a struggle every time I try to get paid for what I do. Despite that situation, I kept going through deposition out of loyalty to her. Now that the deposition is over, I will not be providing any further legal services to Mr. Epstein or until I am paid in full. It seems the only time you pay me is when I finally refuse to keep working. So, here we go again.
