SKINT Fergie has sacked her entire office staff in a desperate bid to stave off bankruptcy - as she packs to jet off on a luxury Caribbean holiday.
The Duchess of York, 5o - who recently admitted she hadn't "a pot to p*" in" - made personal phone calls to each of her 12 tearful flunkies to explain why their jobs had gone.
But despite being £2million in the red, next week she flies to Necker Island, Sir Richard Branson's luxury home in the British Virgin Islands.
One astonished aide said last night: "Talk about rubbing salt into the wounds.
"If there is so little money, how is she able to swan off on yet another exotic holiday?"

for ten years; Princess Alexandra's 20-year-old granddaughter ZENOUSKA MOWATT and SALLY FISH, Fergie's right-hand woman for 15 years.
