Do you think jeff sachs would be helpful for you? He knows everyone and is well respected UN guy economist. Bleeding heart but smart and doesn't care what others think. Not crazy. Might be able to help. He's also worked w imf and wb. He is a very good friend of mine and often tutors me on the realities. Knows all heads of state as well as all celebrities linked to causes. Wife is harvard pediatrician. Incidentally, he also has the best hair in the development community.

Just fyi one major strike against his credbility is that he yukked up the economy of poland for about 4 years...
But very honest and smart. Beat up a lot in the press.
