I have decided to please R as well as make an investment by buying an appartment in Rio (we will go for Xmas and New Year). This particular appartment was bought off plan by someone who is now re-selling. He is asking 5m rials but will have to negotiate. How do I know whether this is good option, and get into negotiation now, before going to Rio ?
