tigran was financed by me when i was photographing 300 models and paying 3600 bucks per month from 1999 until 2003. then i used him sometimes and took his partner as my partner.

the entire img scouting operation was financed with my money from shoots for ffim covers, cosmo, perfect 10 7 covers, maxim american, ocean drive, playboy, elle, harpers bazaar and many other magazines over many years.

my idea is to create a scouting mother agency for editorial models and also for commercial models/actors. $30000 a month and two to three models fly to foreign countries like paris or thailand to learn how to model and speak english and build their book or commercial acting skills. they will be scouted from tigrans network and other networks that wont work with tigran anymore. i know them all. i have been in the small cities in the middle of winter on the ground myself, i am a hollywood comedy SAG 35mm film producer but i am also a line producer, i do it myself and enjoy the adventure of it all. the following is a brief summary of a business plan that i can make, i use to be a broker at drexel bumham lambert and merrill lynch, later an institutional broker for luxembourg banks. we will also book directly many of the models to photographres and directors that i already have relationships with and trust. we can do the training in the virgin islands or anywhere we have access to western speakers and a knowledgeable russian speak psychologically smart woman, which i have. the english in this email is not exactly correct for i am about to get on a plane from milano to riga and i am typing 60 words a minute.. so please excuse. bbut i think you get the gyst of it right? so there are 10 agencies that we will basically control, cats is just one of them. i know them all already.

the editorial models will be place into next, elite, etc...and we will hope to recouple the 400k investment each year from these models. if we find one star of course we will make many times our investment. and i would think we can find 5 a year. money counts and if we have the cash to buy out a model from an agency, sometimes for 2k or 20k than we have total control of guiding her future. the models would need to be schooled in english and a total makeover, new clothes, makeup, personality classes and speaking english in normal situations with american speakers, at dinner, in the theater, etc...personality is just as important as the look sometimes in modeling, especcially in commercial modeling with agencies like major and LA models.

we can find 25 models a year at least and many more if the infrastructure is in place. i can do 25 at the moment. i have 4 russian english beauty assistants already who are trained in this business. one of them would go to paris to teach the girls english, train them in some commercial acting and help them build their personalities and confidence learning english with english speakers. after this month they would go off to london, taiwan or wherever the opportunity lies. the entire operation would have to be legitimate with good portfolios, which i can do, and reaching solid goals so the word goes out we are good guys. the models would be secured by us from the pr creeps and others who would like to get their hands on them. we are complete geniteman showiing them a goodtime in some clubs or dinners so they dont have to just work and stay home all the time. but we will have security to protect them. most of the models would be 18 plus but sometimes a young star would come into our network and we may even invite the mother and wine and diner her to make sure she feels secure, we should even provide her with a total makeover to give her the confidence to trust us in all endeavours. trust me i know russians and i have been doing this for years and it works like a charm. the moms are happy and so are the

models and so are we. win win. the careers of the stars can be centered towards film careers or commercial modeling in the future.
