the contract said no press. the understanding was no press without approval.and I assume it was not our side.
He denies it, but we believe the co-founder, Chris Vroom, was the leak. This story and another hit yesterday morn. The second story had info about the price that only someone on the board could have known and it would not have been in the interest of the bridge loan guys to publicize the price. Keith and Catherine coordinated yesterday, both declined comment, but the reporter was aggressive yesterday and had information, part of which was inaccurate. So, very late yesterday Catherine did a brief interview, allowing a release of any story a few hours before the company press release this morn. Leon approved the release.
careful Please make sure that all references are to the Black Family ownership.. not leon
Always and in this case specifically we are referring to Artspace being acquired and owned by a 'Phaidon affiliated' company
