You need local legal advice and that maybe to challenge jurisdiction and get this struck out. Once you have this we can revisit the issue of speaking out.
VR lawyer is a well known litigator and so it would be good to get someone of equal standing.
I would like to know where Dershowitz action has got to and his opinion on this claim if that can be obtained.
My view has always been that VR will return and return again until she is exposed as being a liar. Sadly events show this is right.
Subject to your local lawyers advice you need to file a challenge to jurisdiction, depose VR and prove she is a liar.
You should also look at any counter suits you can bring against her and then take a view as to whether or not you wish to make a counter punch.
The statements on which she seeks to ground jurisdiction look weak to me but you need good local advice.
