I wanted to get your opinion on a replacement Home I'm thinking of making an offer in Hobe Sound. I may have made a mistake in purchasing a Zero Lot line home, which has no privacy, I certainly made a good deal with this home monetarily: I purchased the home on Foreclosure for $282,000 its a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, currently has a value of $350k to $360k. I'm thinking of possibly renting my current house as another source of income, or just selling it. I've been have issues with neighbors.

I've had many confrontations with my next door neighbor, who has verbally attacked Eileen and myself, he constantly trespasses thru my back yard, which has limited space to begin with. During my last argument, he informs me, "I know who you are" and kept saying "Internet", personally, I don't care what he thinks. The last several months I've been in search of a larger home, which has privacy, Foreclosure type, that is a deal.

I found an interesting foreclosure: 8611 SE Wilkes Place, Hobe Sound 33455 JP Morgan owns the house, according to Zillow it was foreclosed on 6/5/2015 by JP Morgan at $310,200 the bank's first asking price was $469,900, reduced on 10/1/2015 to $434,900 / I believe the home has a value of $600k+ after renovations.

The house needs a lot of remodeling, inside and out, but appears to have good foundation, its a three level home, CBS built in 2003, Tin Roof, Impact windows, and a 4 car garage,! The pool is very large, but its a Vinyl Lined pool, most likely needs to be concrete finished, or just install New liner. requires two new NC units, Paint inside and out, New Kitchen, bathrooms remodel etc. I'd completed a spread sheet and estimate at least $150,000+ of improvements required.

its a very private location, with only 1 neighbor to the west, on the cul-de-sac and rear of house backs up to a Preserve, there is a Neighborhood walk to a Day dock on the intercostal.
