You know I have emailed Phil a few times that Gary has no respect for "the law" because he is an idiot. He is always needing money because he doesn't know how to earn much. Once Gary goes thru it...there is no getting it back "legally"....

Should Phil now ask for a complete accounting? Gary must know we are in pursuit of additonal payments...but assume he has no idea he is in trouble because he has "broken the law" as trustee of father's trust.

Do you think Phil has told his lawyer? Or is this another idiotic game with Phil...ie. not getting Gary's lawyer's phone messages.

#3. Allison Red...go thru mail and find an envelope...the doorman had to sign for it on July 26th...from Gary Siegal to me.

#4. Allison Bauman...plz advise. There is a check in this envelope. I need it deposited in a new account asap and the money collected by the bank. I should be the only person with access to this account. Can this be done with me out of the country? It is important that this be done quickly. If I need to go to the bank on Monday, Aug. 13th to personally sign anything, I can after noon.
