My name is Jo Ann and I am working on behalf of a victim and her attorney's. We wanted to talk to you as our client told us that you would have information that could help her. We had stopped by your place to talk to you however, the landlord asked us to get off of his property. I am hoping that you would be kind enough to speak with us in order to help out the victim. My landlord is very strict about trespassers on the property, and I apologize if he was abrupt. Again, sorry I can't assist you in this matter.

We are trying to prevent you from having to go through a formal deposition, receiving a subpoena, or having to appear in court. Our conversation would save you the time and the inconvenience of having to go through that process. I understand you are not a victim however, we are trying to help other girls that may have been.
