It was the time wasted during the day because of the other distractions. If you had just said, "taking care of it," he would have gone out , got the new computer, and reset the system. There you go again. Results are not marginal for what can be done within the constraints of the system. They exceed what the experts said can be done. Your case was the "worst" that anyone has ever come across. To accomplish the amount that we did was a miracle of a semi-religious nature. I know, I have talked to the top people in the field, and they are completely astounded of what we accomplished.

Your point that even "one thing" kills you, etc. is understood, but I didn't create this situation. I only tried to help you reduce the noise. There is no "magic button" that can be pushed and it goes away over night. It is a process. Yes, expectations were a bit high in the beginning, but no one saw how virulent the attacks were on you, and we stopped those.
