I agree about moving on, and I understand your, but you had people on your side, who actually were trying to insure that it didn't collapse... It was the time wasted during the day because of the other distractions. If you had just said, "taking care of it," he would have gone out , got the new computer, and reset the system. Also, note that no one was asking for any additional monies, and the costs would have been absorbed on his end. He had just bought some expensive software on your behalf. Please don't talk to me in a negative way about "my results speak for themselves." You couldn't get anyone to give you the results that you got (and that includes the highest end seo companies), and I know it, and everyone else knows it, and so don't try to belittle. It won't work, and only works with those people who don't actually know what they are doing. And don't talk to me about the "results" you get from others helping. Pablos didn't help either. I was the one who came through time and time again, and through the night.
