I think he needs to learn to work.. the agency is a social setting.. it is your call. but without a foundation and some sort of routine. ( maybe a bit boring at first he will be in the same spot five years from now.. ). I do not know re booking job — not sure how much it is an office job. Perhaps for him it would be better more to be in the
social setting as this is his strength. From finding/scouting models or clients to pursue them to do/buy something.
