Two years ago the asking price was reduced to 45.000.000 and now she had an offer for 10.000.000
I think it's a very good opportunity to make a better offer. I visited the house 3 weeks ago and it's it's a really fantastic Royal property.

Yes but france go slowly ... I had a nice house in st Tropez , the went down because the oner is French and leave the country ... it's very different for the foreigners they are less afraid . The price in PARIS doesn't move... you have to wait . I'm looking for a nice hotel in NY . My client can pay a good price . Do you have something nice ? Doesn't matter if it's uptown or downtown ...
