Jeffrey, I keep promising my dentist every day :( I started my work, because its awfull and you told me you will help, and I am waiting all days long. Because of time difference, I will get money tommorow only if you send it in an hour or so, otherwise one more day is gone. And he is working 7 days a week for me , because its a cotton harvest season in uzbekistan and all the doctors will leave for two month in the end of october, so we need to finish it untill.

Could you please make it, Im very sorry for disturbing you so many times, but its really important to me and you gave me a hope.
