Dear All,

I am pleased to let you know that we have received the approval and confirmation from the President on the formal establishment of USBN. The approval comes with allocation of concurrent budget to support operation of the Facility (except the Human MRI Centre pending building of the physical site by 2" quarter of 2019). The next step is to hire research staff and construct a Facility website for equipment booking and exchange of research ideas. Shall update you with new progresses as they unfold.

I like to seek your view on the Chinese name of the Facility below: English: University Research Facility in Behavioral and Systems Neuroscience Chinese: 行為與系統神經科學中心實驗室

The university expects literal translation from the English name. Let me know if you have other views.
