I did. He related to me your conversation with him; he also reiterated to me that he cannot be the decision maker on this matter given his personal relationship with you and his duty to IGY investors so he is looking to me to handle. I am anxious to wrap it up but can't do anything without the bullet points that I referenced as I don't have anything to respond to.
