Attached please find documents summarizing Akin's analysis of certain matters resulting from Mr. Black's death or disability. We are still considering the issues and may have minor clean-ups. The documents note certain ambiguities and other interpretive issues. We may be able to resolve them by speaking with counsel involved in the negotiations, to better understand the drafting history and intent. We can do so at the appropriate time if authorized.
