I believe the mother - now I believe lives in Jefferson, CO; that her father- (55 yrs. Old) lives in CA; that her brother (?) (22 yrs. old) lives in CA; that her grandmother (?) (78 yrs. old) lives in CA; and net aan (?) K (41 yrs. old) also lives in CA>

Without reaching out and talking with anyone and making any commotion I believe Figueroa still lives in the WPB area - but I am not totally certain of that as his most current addresses appear to indicate he is / has been living with friends.
