do we want to make a stateement that inlcudes the police repoort where it says the 14 year old. told the police she swore she was 18„ told the police , in a sworn statement.

I would like to try to get her the police record and let her just report it as fact if possible.

problem is the police report is an aggregate 80+ page doc that includes many allegations, best to have Darren (I am unfortunately in court hrgs all day) extract the pgs where bott and Msay said she was 18 and was told by - the person who brought her - IX - to JEs house - that she was 18.

alternative, use pgs of depositions or sworn statements as to age unless media using or has used each person's name, i would use initials since at leas=vas probably still under 18 when the depo occurred and I don't want us bringing media to her door or violating any state law disclosure duty
