Why is UPenn more fun? Are the classes/professors better? Is Philadelphia better?
During my US trip I did not get to see much of the city, I only visited Penn Law. I have seen more of Washington DC though - and it was shabby - but I stayed on a couch in some house in park view and was one of the few white people in that area. There might be nicer spots.

I will probably go to the university between those two that offers me a higher scholarship. Money became an important factor (which I was shocked to realise only very recently as I'm living in Neverland). Isn't the whole process applying for US Universities like a science itself?
