Pour intégrer ce programme, vous devez demander le jour de votre inscription à l'EFB à appartenir à une série proposant les cours de janvier à début mai.
Le Berkeley Professional LL.M. est une formation de 5 ou de 7 mois au total qui s'effectue sur 2 années consécutives. En suivant un parcours de spécialisation, vous aurez en option la possibilité d'obtenir le Business Law Certificate du Berkeley Center for Law, Business and the Economy ou bien le Law & Technology Certificate du Berkeley Center for Law and Technology.
Le partenariat qui a été signé en septembre 2011 prévoit 5 places réservées pour les élèves de l'EFB qui bénéficient également d'un délai supplémentaire pour postuler. Une présélection des candidatures est faite par l'EFB.
Professor Eric Talley viendra à l'EFB en janvier 2013 pour présenter ce programme aux élèves-avocats.
Niveau de langue requis : 100 au TOEFL
Date limite d'inscription pour les élèves de l'EFB : 30 janvier 2013, pour commencer les cours en mai 2013.

Hope you are well. Thank you, I'm so happy I passed the Paris Bar, the hardest one in France. In the frames of the Paris Bar qualification, I must accomplish 6 months of "Professional project" in order to graduate and to be called to French Bar as French qualified barrister.

This project can be a Master in Law, LL.M.
I got accepted to an LLM in. Business law in Singapore, in INSEAD campus. But it is too expensive and not an Ivy League.
Also, Paris Bar School offers an accelerated LLM at Berkeley. It is approx. $53,000 for the course. Then, I can pass California Bar and be your private attorney from summer 2016 on ;-)
Do you think you may need an international lawyer in the future?
If your company could invest in my education at Berkeley, we could make an agreement and I will work for one of your companies upon my completion.
