I believe this was a call that Al set up after TW had sd no — he went around TW and set it up w/his key people — Dave Russell and Shane Hartnett..) believe what happened then was TW was told about it and sd how did that happen and AJ came back to him and said unless you pay GM is in and if you GM is out — TW viewed it as total shakedown and blackmail and has had no dealings w/aj since — my understanding..TW sd that Al tried and other several times to coerce him into the money — 2 /3 'threatening calls came in then when it was not forthcoming they leaked the story to the press..tw then sent me the deal so that AJ could be subpoenaed and dealt with — he sd actually that that blackmailing ...should go to jail for the rest of his life for what he did using me to blackmail him
