Education & Health in Morocco

HBJ introduced me to Mr Anas Sefrioui, one of the most prominent businessman in Morrocco, who he wants to collaborate with in terms of building :

1. A private medical clinic

2. A top French school

3. a top English school.

My suggestions would be threefold:

1. A JV with the American Hospital in Paris

2. A JV with the Ecole Polytechnique

3. A JV with Harrow School in the UK

I can easily handle the initial dialogue with Harrow, but thought your friend M. Jaques Lang might be able to help with the Ecole Polytechique.

I need to research the Amercan Hospital a bit more to establish some mutual contacts with the Chairman of the board of Govenors, M. Francis Bailly (a head of GE Europe)
