Someone did tell Govt about VR and JE in 2001. Since she wasn't cooperating, they had another witness as to that time period otherwise why would they call her in 2007 and identify her as victim in 2008?

I am betting that person never saw you or was told about you. It might make sense for Kendall to try to get the Govt to tell him which of their other witnesses led them to VR??
