Talked with Jack on Friday & he fille me in on wars case. I know Joe Ackerman well, ( if you are talking about the Joe at Fowler White). We have been personal friends for years and have worked on many cases together as well, so anything you need me to do, just let me know.

joe is a good lawyer, but kinda soft-spoken. With your judge, you do need someone with stature to match up to Scarola. Will think about it.
