She told us that she accepts a 3months contract. In this case I don't even need a guarantor. So we need to pay the agency (900/2euros) + 1month rent ( 3000/2 euros)+ guarantee (3000/2 euros). That means that just to get in I have to pay 3450 euro and then after she receives everything we can enter the house on Monday.
