We have reservations on a 6:00pm flight. People are scurrying about trying to get things done in the next several hours. The governor also needs me to address something. It is now about 4:00 pm in London. If we do not hear from them by 1:00 pm today we will assume that they will not expect to see us until Friday (as one generally arrives the day following the date on which one travels so if we hear nothing until tomorrow we won't arrive until Friday).

So how would you like this to work? We have canceled our travel plans for tonight. I suppose we'll wait to hear from your friends in London and try to make last minute travel plans if/as/when they decide to see us. Flights and hotels are not always available on a last minute basis, nor is the entirety of my team that I would want to attend, but que Sera Sera. In the mean time, how do we proceed with Norway?
