I have over 20 plus years of experience managing large properties though out America, ten of those years managing a large Ranch in the West.
Below is a brief summary of my knowledge base
Water rights/permits and the governing bodies that control them.
Well drilling, management of wells, RO systems and discharge waters
Water quality and distribution system
Pool and Spa Maintenance
State and BLM land leases
Managing small to large crews, construction, well drilling etc
Management of operational budgets for properties, contracts and projects
Local knowledge of both ABQ and Santa Fe contractors and suppliers
Operation and basic maintenance of HVAC systems
Operation of both Mac and Apple platforms
Microwave and Internet systems
Reporting to Corporate offices
Overall I believe I have the knowledge base and experience to provide the services need to get the job done and to give the Owners peace of mind.
