I am sorry that you caught me in the middle of getting the guest home ready for our guests that are coming without any notice. We were doing some painting and cleaning all week at the guest home and without any notice we were told to have the house ready in 3 hours. We did it. We also have trouble with the cell on the island also.

I know it is the weekend and I am sure you are spending some time with your family. Put please let me know if there is a good time to visit.

Here is a quick overview of the 10 minute interview. He said that he did not have my resume in front of him and please go over it quickly to understand where I had been.. Once I reached the Rio Grande Club and that I was the owner and operator. I was asked how I obtained it and how much? I wanted to tell him the truth on how I arrived on the purchase of it and the price. After my unsuccessful bid for the Minnesota Vikings Mr Red McCombs brought me to Colorado to show me his ranch and the Club. As soon as I saw the ranch and the club, I fell in love with it. I purchased The Rio Grande Club. Once he found out I was involved for the bid for the Vikings and the price of the club. It all came to a halt. And then I was told that the next thing would be is a face to face interview. Then I received the call from Jared that I was not the person.

I never even got a chance to mention, my skills, understanding the mechanics of ranch management, water rights, impeccable 5sservice, or maintenance and construction experience that I have.

Peter, I don't mind losing a job for a bad interview or getting yelled at by some of the top coaches in the NFL( Mike Ditka). I know how to take it and I have been told no before. But I would like to have a fair chance at an interview, and not be punished for being successful and going for the dream job of a Iifetime.The GM of the Vikings!

I love what I do and I am good at it. If I can get 15 min with him and explain to him the skills that I have, work ethic like he has never seen, and overall management of people, upscale ranches and luxury estates, He will hire me.

He only has to tell me what he wants from me once. Then he will never have to tell me again. It will be done.

That was the conversation in a nutshell. 10 minutes.
