probabilites are never described as accurate. if I tell you its 50.percent chance of rain, does that mean , it rains 50 percent of the time, one hour on one hour off. . does it mean if it rains at all for 1 minute, but in the past on these days, it only rained one out of every two days going back 100 years. so what. . genetic tests don't exempt blacks. fat people, old people. chinese people. . so if all the blacks had it , and not one white person it woudl still say you are 20 percent liketly to get it , becase blacks make up 20 percent of the population. .
