Ok in fridge I have left for you some new white tuna to taste I tasted it next to yesterdays and I think its much nicer, firmer flesh and richer flavor.

New ginger as well not as sweet and syrupy as yesterdays ginger.

And lastly there is seared red tuna with ponzu sauce and your cottage cheese in case you're not happy with that new tuna.
