Godec agreed to easment. King agreed to easement. Shannon is on holiday- I have not update on the hangar type building required for the water equipment. + no additional quotes regarding same. Gary Kerney is liaising w/Shannon and helping her organize getting 3 different quotes from 3 different co's. Shannon expects to have this info for your review 1st July.
Trees
Can only get full-grown trees when the forests open next year and there is no date set for that currently. Also be advised that you are only entitled to 5 trees per family.
Hanger
You received a proposal from Seabury. JE asked Charles to review. Miller said that Berger should do the hangar as it does not require any design talent as it is a simple building. + if Sandy is given this project I had Miller agree on his behalf that Berger would assimilate $2400 which is outstanding from the Movie house project if he can do the hangar work ($1500 for the survey and $900 of his expenses) Please advise.
Movie Theatre
This project has not moved forward as you need someone to design the building. Please advise how you want to proceed
Fountain & Entry Posts
Pascal was sent photos of entry area to enable him to build the gates. He sd that he should have something to show you by June 27th. Regarding Piggy fountain Pascal sd that you put it on hold

Spoke to Oatman 21st June. He has reviewed the proposal form Security Products and will talk to Richard today to finalise his recommendations to you. Regarding the security of the other properties he will make arrangements withing the next few weeks to go to Zorro

I am going to ask Eric 17th June to pull the bills from the garage where the Range Rover has spent a lot of time and have you decide if it is time to replace the car
