Hello all,

Here is the recipe for the Eggs Benedict! Keep practicing at home when you can.

I'm not sure when we will be able to do the next class this week but I'm open for any day. JE is back in town so it may be difficult.

We also should try to make a plan for a trip to the Hunts Point fish market if we can pull that together. again that would be a late night trip because thats when the market is at its best.
