Thank you Steve. Jeffrey said Saturday and Sunday would work for him. That's all the input he gave me.. no times yet. Maybe we can secure the chef for those 2 days, then when JE returns to NY this week we can lock down a specific time whether it be for lunch or dinner for JE tasting..
