I wanted to confirm you will be staying at Jeffrey's apt in Paris this coming Tuesday night. The address is 22 Ave Foch, Apt 2DD. The outside gate code is 4079, and phone to the apt +33 1 44 17 02 10. Do you know about what time on Tuesday they should expect you at the apt?

Do you need a driver to pick you up from somewhere tomorrow and bring you to the apt in Paris?

Thank you for letting me know Pam. Would you be able to find out if he needs to be picked up from somewhere and brought to Jeffrey's apartment, or if not, can you find out what time he will be arriving at the apartment so I can ensure there is someone there to let him in?
