I spoke to Ms. Richardson - Peters and she conveyed the following:
Karyna will get her approval letter tomorrow.
Karyna has 30 days from that point to register her License
In order for her to get her license, she needs to get a tax clearance letter and her malpractice insurance (if she already has a job; if not, then not required)
The malpractice insurance should be obtained through Ms. Hendricks (Karyna has the contact info according to Ms. Richardson-Peters). Ms. Hendricks is retiring at the end of the month so she said to work with her post haste since there is no named replacement.

Please take a look below regarding the malpractice insurance and tax clearance form for USVI. I just spoke with JE about it, and he thinks we should try to obtain the malpractice insurance through Mrs. Hendricks(as mentioned below). Did you hear back from the other insurance company we applied to?
