Re: Auction Listing
Hi Muffle,
I'm sorry it's taken so long to get back to you! I've been traveling out of the country for the last few weeks for work and it's been very hectic. I went over everything with my employer, and he would like to consign everything in the list except for the items numbered 3,9,11,12,13,14,15,19. Please let me know what the next step would be for the rest of the items. Many thanks,

Dear
It was a pleasure meeting you last week and to have the opportunity to see Alberta's wonderfully designed interior again. He is a genius!!! I have attached your illustrated listing along with a contract should you decided to ultimately consign with us. As a sign of our enthusiasm we would like to offer you the following special terms: Flat 10% commission 2% insurance Free pick-up, we are in nyc 2 to 3 times per week generally No illustration charges No unsold charges, we will just keep re-offering until the property is sold We don't offer reserves under $1,000 and have 213M the low estimate for pieces above $1,000. I hope this is helpful and please feel free to email or call should you have any questions. Many thanks for thinking of us. Hi Muffle and Eisha,
I am still out of the country, but will be back in NY the beginning of next week if there is someone in the city who could pick up the items next week? My employer decided to keep the bronze trophies for another one of his properties. I will ask him what he thinks about the Bernardo Torrens and get back to you.
Best,

Hey
No problem at all....Thank you for your email. OK, so this is what we can do:

Since the top lots aren't coming we would have to change the commission to 15%, and we will honor the rest of the terms (i.e. free shipping, no illus. charge, no unsold charges)
Our guys are in the city today and can swing around and pick up the pieces today at around 1 to 1:30 if that is of interest. We would also like a shot at the pair of bronze trophies and can increase the estimate to $3,000-$5,000,and the Bernardo Torrens to $12,000-$18,000.
If this can work that would be great, we can email you a contract, too. I will be out of the office this afternoon, so please email Elisha who is attached on this email.
Thanks for all of your help M, and we look forward to a successful on your behalf.
Yours sincerely,
Muffle

Thank you. I will get the attached signed and back to you as soon as possible. Do I need to sign anything that shows what you are taking, or will the people collecting the items have something for me/you to sign tomorrow which shows what they picked up?
Do I need to worry about wrapping any of the items, or will your guys do all that? Thanks,

Hi Debbera,
Mr. Epstein asked for the transactions to be conducted under my name if that's OK? The checks can be made payable to me as well.

Hello
I'm filling in for Mindi while she is away on vacation. I wanted to touch base with you because I noticed that you signed Mr. Epstein's consignment agreement in your name. Is there any chance of having Mr. Epstein sign a copy? The agreement states the person who signs the property is the owner and that all payment should be remitted to the signer of the document. I was also wondering who we should make the checks payable to after the sale.
I appreciate your time and please let me know if you have any questions.
