Team here is sending out 4th quarter checks and reports. As usual, your checks will go to but I will hold onto your report and we should go through it for a quick year-end review. All good stuff, but worthwhile exercise to know where the deals stand, a few upcomaiefis (which are always nice) one potential sale, and new stuff in the pipeline. Also, if you'd like to have sit in, might be a good intro for her.
