Thank you for the information. I feel confident that I would like to do something with you guys but haven't had the time to deal with it right now. It's been a very busy couple weeks. As soon as it settles down we will coordinate on coming by to see the space and discuss what makes sense. I'm still thinking a collage like in Peter's office with some of his work as the center piece. Maybe even something custom.

How was Miami? Hopefully fun. I need to get back down soon. I also need to find a new place to live :-) I have one of my closest friends who is a broker working on it but if you see something in the 1 to 2 bedroom below 5th that is a great deal don't' hesitate to send it over!
