JE would like you to come on 10th.. confirmed. Considering you will need to work Sat and Sunday of the coming week, you should factor that in for your days off owed... I don't think you need to work at all this week other than whatever you need to do to prep for LSJ.

I think it will just be Karyna and JE for the most part, and he is having guests for lunch probably on the 16 or 17th..Probably 2-4 guests, but not positive yet. They won't be staying on island, but I would guess most likely just coming over for lunch one of those days

Is Karyna a vegetarian? Fm tying my best to keep track of all the diets, just gonna take me a couple weeks to get everything recorded.

did some running around today clearing up petty cash, arranging to meet some purveyors tomorrow and planning menus. I will be back in the kitchen and start prepping for next week tomorrow morning.
