Just wondering if I could please get some sort of update on timing for this rug today. Do you know if it's shipped from Guatemala, when it might be arriving in NY, any sort of update would be greatly appreciated. I just need something to tell Mr. Epstein. He asks me about it everyday.

Kim has just been informed by the mill that this rug has been delayed for up to 2 weeks. I will inquire as to why and send you an update as soon as possible. I know this is very frustrating and we apologize for the delay.
