We have chosen color #1. A wire for the 50% deposit will be sent to you today. Our Principal has kindly requested that we coordinate with you to come over to the house to collect the measurements you need rather than removing the furniture from site.

We can schedule as many visits as you need to be comfortable that the product will be up to your standards. Please let me know when you would like to begin so we can coordinate with Janusz Banasiak, the House Manager.

I know the principal is not comfortable with us taking the furniture, but some of them we need, so we can make the covers the way he'll love it.I can provide the company to pick up and delivery, we work with then for a long time.

I emailed Mr. Santos this morning regarding the time-frame for picking up and retaining the 4 pieces of furniture he requested, and ask that he coordinate with Janusz to come and pick up the pieces, and return the pieces in the event that they are needed for a visit.
