Hi Martin and Katherine...wanted to let you know Jeffrey is organizing a group lunch for 12:30 on Thursday June 4th...The Chomsky's and George Church are attending so far. ...also , the Chomsky's will come see Jeffrey prior to the lunch at llam...stay tuned!
(Please, we will need help with the organization of food, tables, etc...all the things you have been so wonderful at helping with in the past!)

Hi Katherine...I believe Joi Ito is a vegetarian...but I see he eats fish (he had salmon when he a was at Jeffrey's house last time) I think the Chomsky's eat everything...once I find out more I will be sure to pass along...If George Church can come he is Vegan!

We always seem to get good feedback when we order from Formaggio. I think a buffet spread including:
• Either Garden Crudite or Roasted Veggie platter (vegan)
• An assorted sandwich platter
• Possibly a dessert platter?
Please let me know if there are any requests, or if you think another platter or hors d'oeuvres will be needed.
For Thursday lunch, the order needs to be placed by tomorrow morning — will you provide a card number or would you like to place the order directly?

Hi Katherine. I have Karyna and MI on this email...they are the assistants that will be coming with Jeffrey on Thursday.
Jeffrey has asked that Karyna and help you with this lunch and organization of food. Jeffrey says you should speak with [ ]
Martin as he believes there will be many people coming in and out of this lunch (buffet spread is perfect for such a situation) Jeffrey wants to make sure there is plenty of food and he will gladly pay. I know of the following guests for sure:

We can try Formaggio, or we can do Yoki, that is the Japanese place we ordered from last time, they also have vegetarian options. It looks like our final order will be the following from Formaggio:
1 small Garden Crudite platter ($45)
1 small Fresh Fruit platter ($45)
1 Assorted Sandwich Platter (12 sandwiches @ $8.50 per)
(2) Turkey & Swiss with Dijon
(2) Roasted Eggplant & Red Pepper
(2) Cucumber, Tomato & Hummus
(3) Bacon Lettuce & Tomato
(2) Salami & Provolone with Dijon
(1) Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil
1 Dessert Platter (12 desserts @ $2 per)
Total (with tax). $211
I have called it into Formaggio tentatively and they are holding it for a credit card under the name "Program for Evolutionary Dynamics".
