Re: Coaches' Gifts

One of the moms emailed me with some cute gift ideas for the coaches, and they are super cute. Would probably cost $100-$125, so I'd like to get them the gifts.

When you get a chance, could you let me know where we are in regards to the cost of the food?

I don't have a final headcount. I requested everyone RSVP by this Friday Nov. 16th. This being said, I can resend the invite tomorrow to all who have not replied and request RSVP by Wed 14th. I would say a rough estimate is $650.00:

New Canaan Chicken: $200 (1 large platter each of chicken and wings) I was told a large platter feeds 24/25 kids. Blue Taco is $12pp (we will need to tip the guy who delivers/sets up) estimate 36 adults (?) Approx. $450.00

I will do a sign up genius for deserts, drinks, cups, utensils....

Jen C. did offer to pay for food(?) Could we ask her to 'sponsor' New Canaan Chicken order?

Tax on everything too...adult head count could be less (?)

What will Blue Taco provide aside from tacos?
