Ps. Building Quantum Computer requires small team (10-30 people) with very deep and at the same time VERY BROAD expertise - including in developing tech business. Personally I think this is completely different from deep learning, and I do not see how Google (or such) have an advantage. I think - they have a disadvantage - restrictions, too much money and more.
