Sony for the delay, I've been swamped with a series of big, high-priority projects all at once (good to be busy & have fun things to work on again).
Basically, I need to configure my AppleTV how I'm going to set all the guest boxes up, then load that configuration into Apple's configurator program and capture an image of it.
Once that's done and I confirm it works by deploying it to my AppleTV again, I'll make a cheat sheet explaining what each of the apps allow and how to add personal content, etc., print and laminate.
Then I'll be ready to schedule the "upgrades" to the existing boxes.
I'm hoping to get to the testing of the Apple TV configuration today or tomorrow.
