I got a copy of the termination agreement for the 76D. Like to make some changes that reflect better the name of the proper party. Air Ghislaine, Inc.'s new name is Freedom Air International, Inc. You will recall its name was originally changed from Air Ghislaine, Inc. to Shmitka Air, Inc. Shmitka Air, Inc.'s name was then changed to Freedom Air International, Inc. Thus the name of the contracting party should be Freedom Air International, Inc. (f/k/a Air Ghislaine, Inc). Your lawyer also might want to make reference in the whereas clause to track the two name changes so it is clear that the contract is with the same party, which simply changed is name, but is the same legal entity. Your lawyers can do that or send me a document that I can revise and I will do it.
