Attached is the confidentiality agreement containing our revisions.

Your assistant Natalie Trompet contacted me today. I understand from Ms. Trompet that Judge Ray's chambers have directed you to prepare a motion to cancel the hearing set for March 11 on plaintiff's motion for sanctions and further directed that the proposed form of order provide that any future hearing must be set by court order, rather than by notice of hearing. This confirms that we have not reviewed nor have we approved any proposed form of order.

We hereby request that you withdraw your motion for sanctions immediately.
