It is always too early to rejoice.... If our PM is going to speak on the 20th in the united nations, EB has to go back as both of them cannot be out of the country. It is not yet 100% sure that Mr. Netanyahu has decided, but he is inclined to do so. Please forward this email to Jeffrey for him to decide (whether to wait still, or to predate to the 19th or to cancel). So sorry.
